Can I include lab results and attachments?
Yes. Attachments and result notes sit with the finding that prompted them, so the reader sees the evidence and the observation together.
Can I revoke a report I already sent?
You can revoke any share link immediately. Revocation and every prior access are recorded in the share audit trail.
Are old reports preserved exactly as issued?
Yes. Template versioning means an issued report is never silently restructured by a later template edit.
