Acceptable Use Policy

1. What you must not do

• Upload unlawful, defamatory, harassing or infringing content.
• Enter client or property data you have no right to process, or use the platform to build marketing lists you have not lawfully collected.
• Attempt to access another company's workspace, bypass role checks, tamper with audit logs, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Scrape, bulk-download or resell public-records data in a way that breaches the originating authority's terms.
• Use the Integrations Hub or API workspace to relay traffic to unrelated systems, conduct load testing, or circumvent a provider's rate limits.
• Publish an inspector page that misrepresents licensing, certification, insurance or affiliation.
• Share one paid seat between multiple people or resell access.

2. Enforcement

We may remove content, throttle usage, suspend a workspace or terminate an account for breaches, with notice where practical and immediately where there is risk to the platform or to other customers. Report abuse to support@inspectproconnect.com.

3. Security research

We welcome good-faith reports at security@inspectproconnect.com. Do not access data that is not yours, do not degrade the service, and give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosure.
