Subprocessors

1. Current subprocessors

These providers process customer data on our behalf under written agreements that require confidentiality and appropriate security.

• Cloud application & database hosting — hosting of the application, database, file storage and authentication. United States.
• Payment processing — subscription billing and card processing. Cardholder data is handled by the processor, not by us.
• Transactional email delivery — account, invitation and notification emails.
• Application monitoring and error reporting — diagnostics and uptime.
• App distribution — Apple and Google process account and purchase data for apps installed from their stores.

Government public-records and GIS endpoints are queried directly for property lookups. They receive a property address only, never client identities, and are not subprocessors of your personal data.

2. Changes

We will update this page before a new subprocessor begins processing customer data. Customers with a signed data processing agreement can request notice by writing to privacy@inspectproconnect.com.
